"Easy Yoga Plus!" is a safe program designed for the older body with focus on breath work and easy poses aimed at preventing falls and improving the quality of life. This class will also teach awareness of basic skills to make daily living easier. Each class will focus on breath work, the movement of each joint, and elements of balance, along with easy yoga poses. Goals are to improve balance, strengthen muscles, increase range of motion and energy, and enhance your quality of life.
